This exhibition explores the wonders of the natural world through paintings, sculptures, films, and works on paper by leading contemporary artists of African diasporic, Latin American, and Native heritage.
These works embody acts of resistance - challenging social and environmental injustice while reclaiming ancestral connections to the land, disrupted by the legacy of European colonisation in the Americas. Curated by acclaimed author and guest curator Ekow Eshun, the exhibition traces the historical roots of today’s climate crisis, while honouring the enduring beauty of nature and our deep relationship to it.
