Educational outreach supports the broader vision of introducing Bowling’s life and work to new audiences: students, teachers and parents; universities, art schools, students and art educators, gallery and museum education programmes, homeschooling groups, art clubs in the UK and worldwide and publications; such as magazine articles, academic journals, and books. There are four streams to the education

1. Enrich educational programs in primary, secondary and tertiary education

Establishing and maintaining relationship such as schools (from nursery to post 16 and universities, especially art colleges. Engaging with educators (teachers and university lecturers) and to support teaching with resources, training and visits and other ways of support.

2. Promote art education in museum and galleries

To support art museums and galleries, regional, national and international with exhibitions that feature Frank Bowling’s artwork.

3. Engage communities to promote understanding and appreciation of art

Establishing and maintaining relationships with local communities at regular intervals

4. Make art educational materials available in university, school and public libraries.

To support educational institutions with academic work on Frank Bowling such as publications as well as supporting scholars and research.
