You're invited to celebrate Frank's 92nd birthday with a viewing of his most expansive work ever.

For one day only: Saturday 7 March, 2–5pm
Dilston Grove, Southwark Park Galleries
Introduction from Ben Bowling at 2pm, followed by drinks until 5pm.

At 13 metres wide, this as-yet untitled painting is Frank Bowling's most expansive work to date. Exhibited for the first time at Dilston Grove of Southwark Park Galleries, the work is a powerful testament to Bowling's ambitious nature, and his lifetime resolve to push painting to its furthest reaches. Distilling the complexity of Bowling's engagement with the medium, this monumental painting sees the vigour and urgency of the artist's late practice converge with the trusted techniques that have underpinned his work across many decades, resulting in a work that is both a continuation and a landmark in his career to date.
